整栋建筑为五层，设计团队将其划分功能后，地下室主要是聚会、孩童共享、娱乐区。地下室隔层为家族聚餐，烹饪中西餐的功能。一层为会客、水吧台、长辈房得功能。二层为小孩休息、娱乐、学习区域。三层为主人私享区。

The whole building is five floors. After the design team divides it into functions, the basement is mainly a gathering, child sharing and entertainment area. The basement compartment is the function of family dinner, cooking Chinese and western food. The first floor is for the functions of reception, water bar and elderly rooms, the second floor is for children's rest, entertainment and learning areas, and the third floor is for the owner's private enjoyment area.

地下室空间

入户门厅以居者的功能需求、审美偏好为依据，借助色彩情绪，呈现浪漫之美，金色缀饰的融入，水晶吊灯的闪耀，华丽的木制墙板元素，将优雅、华丽的韵律深深刻入空间气质之中。
Based on the functional needs and aesthetic preferences of the residents, the entrance hall presents romantic beauty with the help of color emotions, the integration of golden decorations, the shimmering of crystal chandeliers, and gorgeous wooden wallboard elements, deeply integrates elegant and gorgeous rhythms into the space temperament.

蓝色，应该是科技的化身，是《海因里希.冯.奥夫特丁恩》里对生活意义的渴望，
是豁达、理智、忠诚的象征，是引导人战胜自己进入更美之境的那束光。整个地下一层是男主人专属空间，贴合男主人霸道总裁的气质，科技，前沿，向上，静谧。玄关处的两组雕塑代表夫妇二人托举全家的希望，阴阳相协万物生生相息。休闲空间的两个顽皮雕塑代表姐弟两无忧无虑的成长。延续整个家族的希望。
素雅清新的整体氛围中，设计师将蓝色与金色作为点睛，构成空间的主调气质，莫定高贵轻奢、秀丽清新的美感基调。

The two groups of sculptures in the porch represent the hope of the whole family. Yin and yang are in harmony, and everything is born and resting. The two naughty sculptures in leisure space represent the carefree growth of the two brothers and sisters. Continue the hope of the whole family.

In the elegant and fresh overall atmosphere, the designer takes blue and gold as the key points to form the main tone temperament of the space, and does not set the aesthetic tone of nobility, luxury, beauty and freshness.

一排书柜，满足客厅的展示与阅读功能；一组储酒陈列柜，私密好友品鉴。电视不再是客厅主角，置于一隅给生活腾出更多的空间，青铜酒精壁炉造型与科技感的线性搭配，温馨与科技共存；墙面精美的线性光...无一处不精致，无一处不美好。
A row of bookcases to meet the display and reading functions of the living room; a group of wine storage cabinets, private friends' tastes. TV is no longer the protagonist of the living room. It is placed in a corner to make up more space for life. The shape of the bronze alcohol fireplace is linearly matched with the sense of technology, and it coexists with technology; the beautiful linear light on the wall... No place is not exquisite, no place is not beautiful.

地下室隔层空间

对于房子，她更加注重光线的穿透、线条感的营造。所以，在设计师的建议下，将天井的顶部用透明材质封顶，保留原始的挑高，使大自然的格调融入室内，阳光填充空白，家，这个生活的容器，正因为不同，才更显个性。
For the house, she pays more attention to the penetration of light and the construction of a sense of line. So, at the designer's suggestion, seal the top of the patio with transparent material, retain the original height, and integrate the style of nature into the room. The sun fills with blank space. It is precisely because of the difference that the home, this container of life shows more personality.

静谧的午后，阳光穿过天井在室内跳跃，光影透过玻璃星星点点的洒在餐厨上，洒在餐厅的餐椅上...把生活的底色摊开，是花开时的芬芳，是泥土上自由、温暖的味道，是最本真的幸福体验感。
In a quiet afternoon, the sun jumps indoors through the patio, and the light and shadow are sprinkled on the kitchen and the dining chairs of the restaurant through the glass... 一层客厅

美丽的法式线条串联起整个空间，在设计师的精心规划下，毫无繁杂的感觉，反而有种精致的复古感。

这栋别墅的主要入口在侧厅，设计师将原有入户门更换，主要考虑风水，引入自然光，将原有的白色空间洗礼的更富有层次。考虑到整栋房子层高优势设计师将混搭设计元素贯穿了整个方案。地面理石、天花线条、木作雕花墙面部分石材点缀的选型组合浓重而又整体。

The main entrance of the villa is in the side hall. The designer replaces the original entry door, mainly considering feng shui, introducing natural light, and baptizing the original white space. Considering the high advantages of the whole house, the designer runs the mixing design elements through the whole scheme. The selection combination of stone decorations of ground stone, smallpox lines and wood carved walls is strong and holistic.

生活不是一成不变枯槁无味，艺术的气息、舒适的享受，也是人生的组成；阅览一本书籍，品味一杯咖啡，听一曲音乐悠扬，享一段曼妙时光；偶尔有客来访，整体雅致大方，不显奢华不失格调，孩童玩乐其中尽享天伦之乐。大理石圆桌和蓝色蔓越莓红丝绒餐椅围合出明亮餐厅，线性灯带与点光源结合，大气的现代家居也有法式复古范儿。

长辈房的设计中，色彩的运用稳重而克制，铺陈着调浓淡有致，通过设计的情景化再现，还原出东方古韵的优雅气质，缔造出居者自得其乐、怡情养性的安然生活。
In the design of the elder room, the use of color is stable and restrained, and the laying is in a strong and orderly manner. Through the scene-based reproduction of the design, it restores the elegant temperament of the ancient charm of the East, and creates a safe life from which the resident can enjoy and refresh his temperament.

二层小孩空间

艺术感不仅体现在空间环境的营造，细节的处理和材质的选择也透漏出生活的品质。

闪烁的灯光平衡了蓝调的冷静与深沉，而温暖是家永不改变的底色。
柔和的英伦和现代质感，起承转合着浪漫与轻奢的时尚腔调。

For middle-end couples, everything in life is beautiful and delicate. Romance romance is never a few pages of storybooks. It breaks the shackles of thinking with design. Children thrive and parents are healthy, and it is more likely that life may be of quality.

How the management era changes, how the trend changes, and how the spiritual core of home has never changed. It is the residence of our body and mind, and every delicate sense is the most realistic portrayal of life at present.

女业主一直希望拥有一个大大的卫生间和衣帽间，我们把她的这个梦想在卫生间里都得以实现，卫生间内同时配备了衣帽柜以及梳妆台，满足多样化的生活场景。
